- Meeting at Birgi pier and departure by private boat and introduction to the Island
- Upon arrival, welcome by the Salinari and transport to the main location of the island where dinner will be set up, with mise en place inspired by the Sicilian tradition
- Possibility of being able to explore the island on foot and / or with electric bicycles before the service, accompanied by the Salinari and the story of unique and uncontaminated places
